The company and the management is great. We were happy with all aspects of their work + never have I seen this kind of service level and quality.

Asked for a panel upgrade right after he came in to check my old fuse box. He was so kind as to give me fuses for free to use until the upgrade, as some of mine were blown. He also offered a very competitive rate for the upgrade. On the day of, due to technical issue beyond his control he couldnt fulfill the upgrade but sincerely apologised and assured me he would be back to do it and even threw in a new cable installantion for free for free.

I used their services and could resist myself to write review. At first, they are transparent about everything (no games like other contractors - at least I’ve experienced that before). They give trustworthy and honest advice on electrical work. Their prices are very very reasonable compared to other companies (I called several companies to check for prices). Most importantly, the quality of work is excellent. I can’t ask for better than this. Of course, they arrived on time promised and job was performed as decided, so complaints at all. I would highly highly recommend hexagon services and they are going to be my go-to company for all the electrical work in my house.
